Responsibilities

• Helping customers find the perfect look that enhances their natural beauty
• Providing support during significant life events such as first kisses, graduations, job interviews, and weddings
• Building long-term relationships with customers based on trust and understanding
• Maintaining the iconic Windsor brand identity across all touchpoints

Requirements

• A genuine interest in beauty and fashion
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field (not required)
• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM) is a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
