About the role
The role at Windsor is to continue the legacy of providing beauty and support to women across generations. We strive to make every woman feel confident and beautiful, offering a wide range of products and services tailored to her individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and services
- Help customers find the perfect look that makes them feel beautiful
- Offer personalized consultations and styling sessions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, beauty, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a beauty-related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passionate about beauty and fashion
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
