Responsibilities

• Helping customers find the perfect look that enhances their natural beauty
• Supporting women through significant life events such as first kisses, graduations, job interviews, and weddings
• Maintaining the iconic Windsor experience across 200 stores and an online platform

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers
• Knowledge of fashion trends and beauty products
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Passion for making women feel beautiful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field (not required)
• Experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
