Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and monitor construction work according to the project and in compliance with the building permit.
• Coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure maximum utilization of machinery and equipment.
• Manage supply chain, inspect materials, and verify their quality.
• Monitor the quality of completed work against the details specified in the offer.
• Maintain related documentation and records.
• Ensure completion of documents as per the tender conditions.

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in construction (specialization in transportation structures is an advantage).
• Authorization in the field is an advantage, but the position is also suitable for graduates.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, reliability, loyalty, and hard work.
• Category B driving license.
