Missions temporaires du CDG43
About the service
The temporary missions service (or "replacement service") is an optional service of CDG43. Its purpose is to recruit agents to assign them to temporary missions or to replace temporarily unavailable permanent staff in affiliated or non-affiliated local authorities that request intervention.
A dedicated team is available to assist you. The service consists of one specialized agent: Myriam Coffy.
Missions
CDG43 meets temporary staffing needs for:
- Replacing a permanent or contractual employee temporarily unavailable due to illness, maternity leave, parental leave, annual leave, or work accidents
- Addressing backlogs in tasks (increased activity)
- Ensuring transition during staff transfers
- Replacing an agent on leave of absence
- Covering temporary needs while awaiting recruitment or compensating for part-time work
- Supporting temporary or seasonal increases in activity
Adhesion terms
A personnel secondment agreement is concluded between the local authority or institution and CDG43. A financial contribution based on the agent's salary is required from the local authority, plus management fees. The amounts are set by deliberation of the CDG43 Board of Directors (with decreasing rates depending on the duration of the replacement).
