Missions Sr. Coordinator

About the role

The Missions Sr. Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of Christ Covenant’s church-shaped missions vision. This position will report to the Pastor of Missions, yet provide overall operational support to each of the department’s focus areas: Reach the World and Bless the City.

Qualifications

• Masters degree is preferred
• Personal, one-on-one discipleship experience is highly preferred. Also preferred is experience serving in a local church or ministry setting.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Flexible with flux and change in missions tasks.
• Prior experience in missions, partner care, or large-scale event planning.
• Strategic thinker who can execute vision with excellence.
• Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and project management.
• Hightly relational.
• Passion for local and global missions, with theological alignment to an ecclesiocentric missions philosophy.
