Responsibilities
- Support the team by driving product supporting programs toward goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including technical expertise and problem-solving assistance.
- Plan and support mission operations, including route optimization, environmental considerations, and risk mitigation.
- Operate ASV operations during missions, monitor vessel performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from ASV missions to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Train DoD personnel on ASV operation, mission planning, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in project coordination and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, maritime studies, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in maritime operations, particularly with autonomous or unmanned systems.
- Proficiency in mission planning software, GIS tools, and maritime navigation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to certify as “fit for work” by demonstrating ability to swim and tread water, lift up to 75 lbs., and spend extended time periods on the water.
