    • Translate weekly plans into schedules with daily operator assignments and ensure execution, capturing plan vs. actual insights.
    • Ensure procedures and checklists are followed, with proper escalation as needed.
    • Update and publish daily shift reports and handoff notes.
    • Act as customer support for commercial deliveries, interacting with merchants and customers, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Troubleshooting & Emergency Response:
    • Serve as the initial point of escalation for technical, software, and emergency situations, handling them with composure.
    • Communicate effectively with operators in the field and respond as needed.
  • Program Management:
    • Drive workflow optimization and automation efforts for Mission Operations, collaborating with key stakeholders.
    • Synthesize data to drive plan vs. actual insights and optimize planning workflows.
    • Lead initiatives to ensure communication and alignment with processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in resource planning, allocation, optimization, and reporting, ideally in fleet management, autonomous driving, or logistics.
  • Ability to implement and manage shift schedules, including rotations.
  • Proficiency in data synthesis and tools like Google Sheets, Data Studio, or Looker to drive operational insights.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to assist where needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience in the AV or delivery industry.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay

For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $55,800 and $75,390. Your base pay will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
