Mission Manager

About The Role

Our mission managers are the linchpin connecting our innovative engineering and product teams with our military partners as we execute contracted work. If you excel at building deep, trust-based relationships, translating complex operational needs into actionable product and program strategies, and thriving in high-ownership customer-facing roles, then you’re the ideal candidate for our mission manager team. In this role, you’ll ensure our solutions meet the rigorous demands of modern military logistics – driving success from the remote tactical edge to the highest levels of command.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership
• Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, operations and growth
• Willingness to travel 25-40% to support program objectives and customer engagements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
