Mission Integration Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and monitor participant intake, onboarding, and referral processes to ensure timely and accurate access to services
  • Participate in referral reviews, intake discussions, partnership meetings, and service coordination activities
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and community partners, nonprofit agencies, schools, workforce agencies, employers, shelters, and organizations operating under MOUs
  • Support implementation and operational integration of new mission initiatives, partnerships, programs, and service delivery models
  • Ensure partnership expectations, referral procedures, communication standards, and operational workflows are consistently followed
  • Track referral trends, participant engagement, response times, conversion activity, and service pipeline movement
  • Identify gaps, delays, breakdowns, or barriers within intake, referral, and service delivery systems and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate outreach and targeted recruitment initiatives for identified populations and strategic priorities
  • Help strengthen and expand referral pipelines through ongoing community and partner engagement
  • Cover communication and coordination between program teams, business engagement staff, operations, and external stakeholders
  • Support data collection, reporting, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance activities related to participant access and partnership outcomes
  • Aid in developing standardized workflows, procedures, and continuous improvement practices tied to participant experience and operational effectiveness
  • Utilize technology and data tools to support assessment administration, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of workforce lab operations and mission
  • Serve as the primary liaison for community partner visits with cohorts in the lab
  • Timely, accurately, and confidentially document participant information in required databases, forms, and reports
  • Comply with agency policies, procedures, and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, public health, human services, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mission-driven organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with data management and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of best practices in participant engagement, referral processes, and service delivery
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or data management platforms

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or other marginalized populations
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with data analytics and predictive modeling
