Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Host to join our team! The Host is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for greeting each guest as they arrive to the restaurant. They will also support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests.
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
- Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
- Answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties

Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
