About the role

Sourcing for a Mission Customer Outreach Liaison who is responsible for collaborating with mission customers in support of Video, Image, Speech, and Text Analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourced to support mission capabilities deployment, operations, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience with mission analyst and operations.
• General knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Strong customer support and outreach skills are critical.
• Knowledge and use of Jira, Confluence, Hustle, and Skype collaboration platforms are required.

Requirements

• 14 years experience as a system engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree
