Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects
  • Serve as a project manager on select projects in the Mission Critical Sector.
  • Project types include newbuilds, renovations, fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Client facing role, RFP site visits and proposal writing is expected.
  • PM duties include planning, execution and day-to-day management of internal teams and clients.
  • Provide all management functions including scope responsibilities, client management, scheduling, and financials.
  • Vet company processes and provide input.
  • Assist project managers across all locations of the enterprise.
  • Develop a core group of assistant project managers eventually capable of performing independently on similar project types.

Qualifications

  • At least ten years of experience in engineering consulting or adjacent field (construction, owner’s representative, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field from a 4-year accredited university.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and the latest technologies for MEP systems design of Mission Critical Facilities.
