Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Cookordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain seamless workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and materials.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Regularly report project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain a safe and organized construction site to prevent workplace injuries.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects, particularly in mission-critical facilities.
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure project success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent.
