Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards.
  • Cookordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and materials.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
  • Regularly report project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain a safe and organized construction site to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects, particularly in mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure project success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent.
