Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in a courteous manner
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fueling stations, and dining areas
• Absorb and assist in stocking shelves and ensuring product availability for customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow guidelines for health and safety to create a safe environment for both customers and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for managing transactions
• Dependable with a reliable schedule, including flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Understanding of safety and sanitation practices is preferred but not mandatory
