Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ensure personal computers and servers (hardware and software) are performing properly
- Lead system security, operation, and maintenance
- Track technology inventory; research specifications and order required hardware/software
- Maintain security administration of systems; assign local domain log-in profiles and passwords
- Ensure users have access to appropriate applications and files
- Create, maintain, modify, and produce accurate, timely reports using Crystal Reports
- Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement system training
- Maintain and restore daily backups on LAN
- Ensure strict adherence to software licensing rules and maintain careful records
- Generate technical reports on utilization, projected needs, and other areas
- Travel to other facilities not limited to your home region
- Use your general knowledge of telephone systems
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a related role with experience in hardware and software operations
- Ability to identify and solve computer problems and act independently with a wide variety of employees and vendors required
- Ability to understand and resolve technical problems independently
