About the role

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an MIS Business Systems Process & Data Automation Developer, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The MIS Business Systems Process & Data Automation Developer will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining or supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. Open to internal & external candidates. The selected candidate may be required to occasionally (e.g., application upgrades) work outside normal business hours.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will analyze, design, and implement solutions that streamline and improve business processes. This role requires a unique blend of business analysis, process improvement, and hands-on technical implementation skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage a dual‑platform approach—using both BPLogix Process Director for complex, form‑driven workflows and Microsoft Power Automate for rapid system integrations and task automation—to create powerful and efficient solutions.
