About the role
A Restaurant Greeter is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival and creating a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Manages guest flow by coordinating seating, maintaining wait lists, and communicating estimated wait times.
- Assists with basic customer inquiries, supports the front-of-house team, and ensures the entry and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
