The Role

We are seeking a full-time Ministry Services Representative. This role is more than support; it's ministry in action. This role is responsible for ensuring a remarkable customer experience with products and services.
Responsibilities
- Providing assistance, troubleshooting and training through phone, email and live chat
- Working with our sales team to connect customers with the right products and services
- Contributing feedback to improve our ministry tools

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
