About the role

The Ministry Leader at Wooster is responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth and development of the congregation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in preaching and teaching
• Mentor and equip members of the congregation for ministry
• Facilitate community building activities that promote unity and engagement within the congregation
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall health and vitality of the church community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Passion for Christian ministry
• Experience with youth and family ministry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Effective public speaking and preaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
