Key Responsibilities As a Mining Production Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards within your scope, including coordination with other departments; Ensuring the implementation of agreed technical solutions as defined in operational procedures; Identifying workforce, equipment, and consumables requirements necessary for the production process; Developing annual production programs and monthly schedules in collaboration with mine planning engineers; Ensuring the sustainability and reliability of production resources; Managing assigned investment projects; Monitoring and controlling technical mining performance indicators; Overseeing the collection of production and billing data; Preparing technical activity reports; Managing interfaces with other operational departments and subcontractors; Analyzing performance data and optimizing ratios, variances, and operating costs; Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations; Leading and managing teams, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and career development. Required Skills General knowledge of mining processes; Basic knowledge of geology, maintenance, mining economics, CAD, logistics, and mineral processing; Strong skills in production planning, organization, and monitoring; Good command of QHSE standards; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; High sense of accountability and commitment; Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Education: Engineering degree in Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent. Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a mining or industrial environment.
