Minibar Attendant - PT (Hotel Saint Augustine)

About the Role

Hotel Saint Augustine seeks an enthusiastic Housekeeping Minibar Attendant to join the team! You will be part of a team that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly.
• Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
• Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms.
• Provide courteous and discreet service, respecting guests' privacy.
• Enter guest rooms during stays and after checkout to replenish and charge for any mini bar consumption.
• Assist in the development and implementation of special projects.
• Ensure immediate response is given to any and all guest comments and concerns and inform immediate supervisor of concerns and assist implementing corrective measure when necessary.
• Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and guest charges.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
