Responsibilities

• Restock and maintain minibar items in guestrooms, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
• Perform daily inspections to identify and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
• Assist with inventory control by recording consumption and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to requests related to minibar services.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
