Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors are clean and well-maintained.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Auxiliary with laundry and other housekeeping duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
