About the role

We are seeking an experienced Right‑of‑Way Agent with a strong background in acquisitions for public‑sector utility, transportation, and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating easements, fee‑simple ROW, managing landowner relations, and navigating regulatory and title issues. They are a strategic, articulate, and solution‑oriented professional who thrives in sometimes challenging negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate easements and fee‑simple right‑of‑way agreements.
• Manage landowner relations throughout the acquisition process.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and resolve title issues.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for utility, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in right‑of‑way acquisitions for public‑sector utility, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience securing easements and fee‑simple ROW.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport and influence outcomes.
• Strategic, articulate, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Confidence and adaptability, able to think on your feet and handle complex conversations with poise.
