About the Role
As a Mine Monitor Technician at Skyline Mine, you keep a steady, accurate flow of information between underground crews and surface support throughout the shift. This role exists to help maintain safe, organized operations when activity is high and time matters.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document radio/phone traffic and key status updates in real time

Schedule
Night shift: 4pm–4am. You start by getting a clean handoff from the prior shift, then settle into a steady rhythm of updates coming in from multiple directions. The pace can spike without warning, so you prioritize what's urgent, keep your notes organized, and stay ready to switch tasks quickly without losing accuracy. Long stretches of solo focus are punctuated by frequent check-ins and quick decisions to keep information moving. You finish by closing out documentation and passing along a clear, complete summary for the next shift.
