About The Role

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like LangChain, AutoGen, and state-of-the-art LLMs to build intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape our AI architecture, mentor team members, and directly influence how our clients leverage AI for competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement autonomous AI agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and custom frameworks
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with vector databases and semantic search
• Architect multi-agent collaboration systems that coordinate complex workflows
• Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and optimize for cost and performance
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI development best practices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical applications

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks
• Production experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries (LangChain, Transformers, etc.)
• Strong grasp of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and semantic search
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable systems
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bonus Points: Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration, Contributions to open-source AI projects, Background in NLP or computer vision, Experience building B2B SaaS products, Publications or conference talks on AI topics
