MIM - Analyst - Private Equity

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support the investment team in making informed decisions.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities in private equity funds, equity co-investments, and debt.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor and track the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates to the investment team.
• Assist in sourcing and tracking new opportunities with external private equity sponsors.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with other team members to support the overall investment process.
• Maintain and update financial models and databases.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Financial Services Experience and / or Internships
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented individual with keen focus on performance and results
• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or similar analytical/quantitative field
