ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the CFO for the businesses
- Support and manage bid processes through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while coordinating with the other departments involved in the bid and pricing processes
- Produce reports which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
- Aid in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Develop models that help with decision-making
- Report directly to the CFO of PHI Americas and works closely with the Chairman of the Board and CEO
- Perform other duties as requested
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Data Analytics or similar required
- 0 to 2 years as a Finance/Business Analyst preferred
- Computer skills (MS Suite) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done
