MIM - Analyst - Investments Data & Reporting

About the role

The Investment Data Management Analyst will support the Global Investment platforms within the Investments office by performing daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities. The role requires a general knowledge of investment instruments and related data attributes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks to ensure accurate, complete, reliable, relevant, and timely data.
• Support pricing data quality by leveraging experience in security pricing, valuations, and coordination with external pricing vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective oversight.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues reported by end users.
• Partner with team members across the organization to understand, identify, and address data quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of Operations experience in the Financial Services industry, Capital Markets, or Investment Products (Fixed Income & equity securities).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aladdin, Reference Data Platforms, Bloomberg, or other Investment platforms.
• Problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Location Expectation

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $73,000 - $83,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
