Millwright

Job Summary

We are seeking a Millwright to join our team! As a Millwright, you will work closely with the entire team to assemble, erect, and install both major and minor equipment, as well as maintain all current and past equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly. You will also be responsible for making any modifications to equipment as needed, and may help train new staff on existing equipment to ensure it is properly utilized. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance, has a great analytical mind, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, and install equipment accurately and safely
• Make minor and major repairs or maintenance to equipment
• Work closely with the team to ensure everyone understands how to safely operate and maintain all existing equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance desired
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to learn under pressure and navigate new situations

Compensation
