About the Role
Flexible, results-driven team player with strong leadership development and the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. This position involves full or part-time management and supervisory responsibilities, operating in both project jobsites and a main office setting.
Responsibilities
- Support management/operation to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines while remaining highly organized.
- Maintain and promote a culture of discipline and effective communication.
- Promote and display operational leadership and values.
- Gain knowledge of all assigned project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and personnel.
- Assist in coordination between estimating, management, production team, and engineering.
- Assist with planning, leadership, and coordination of all upcoming and current projects.
- Perform cost analysis, budget forecasting, estimating, and change order management (expected if above functions are mastered).
- Minor lifting duties as required; most work is office-oriented.
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial casework and millwork industry fabrication and installation methods.
- Project scheduling and forecasting experience.
- Leadership development and training knowledge.
- Bachelor’s level degree with an emphasis in business, engineering, project management, or strong industry-related field experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
- Must pass a pre-employment screen, including drug and alcohol screen, background check, motor vehicle records check, reference check, and physical (if applicable).
- Current and valid driver’s license in the state of permanent residence (must be insurable by Jayne’s automobile insurance carrier).
- Drive and interest in the construction industry.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; must complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and be entered into the federal E-Verify system.

Schedule
This is a full-time or part-time non-union position. Some travel is required.
