Millwork Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork assemblies for part manufacture
• Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences
• Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision components
• Collaborate closely with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production
• Identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work
• Ensure our uncompromising quality standards are maintained at every step

Qualifications

• Background in cabinetmaking, millwork, or architectural woodworking
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D parametric software (or strong willingness to learn)
• Comfortable working with computers, drawings, and technical details
• CNC experience is a plus, but we will train the right craftsperson
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Desire to grow into a more technical, engineering-focused role
