Responsibilities
- Construct doors and windows made to order.
- Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles, size).
- Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
- Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or two (2) years of equivalent work experience.
- Ability to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions.
- Alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines.
- Capable of working in a warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than three (3) years of experience in a related job function.
- Technical certification or associate degree may be required.
