Position Summary

The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.

Shifts Available

• 4th shift - Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm

Responsibilities

Milling CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate Milling CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes

Qualifications

Milling CNC Machinist Position Requirements:

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience using a microscope
• Experience using measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments
• Previous experience with tight tolerances
• Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
• Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
• Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines

Pay Range

Pay Range: USD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr.
