Position Summary
The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry. Shifts Available: 4th shift - Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Operate Milling CNC machines
- Perform quality inspection on completed parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
- Complete tool changes
Qualifications
- Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
- Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience using a microscope
- Experience using measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments
- Previous experience with tight tolerances
- Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
- Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
- Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines

Pay Range
