Responsibilities

• Operate the milling machine.
• Discuss plans and goals for the day's work with supervisor and determine the best and safest method for completing the assigned work.
• Perform general duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.
• Conduct equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and maintaining fluid levels on equipment.
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and Company safety requirements.
• Operate equipment with priority to making the job safe for all persons working around the equipment.
• Communicate clearly with other crew members.

Requirements

• Prior Asphalt Milling experience on an asphalt crew preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Class A CDL preferred.
