Mill Valley - North Bay - Summer Job / Internship for Students – Youth Sports Camp (Baseball & Softball)- Marin County

About the role

San Francisco Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring high school and college students for a 3–4 week internship working with campers ages 4–13 at their Marin County camp locations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with baseball and softball drills and activities
• Helping supervise campers ages 4–13
• Supporting daily camp operations (setup, transitions, cleanup)
• Encouraging campers and helping maintain engagement
• Learning how to teach basic baseball/softball fundamentals
• Observing and developing leadership and coaching skills

Requirements

• Available the week of June 15–19
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Interest in working with children ages 4–13
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Willingness to be active outdoors for most of the day

Qualifications

• High school students (age 16+)
• College students
• Student-athletes
• Students interested in sports, teaching, or youth development
• Baseball or softball experience is helpful but not required

Pay

$19.18-25.00/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday
Approximately 8-hour camp days
3–4 week commitment required
Must be available June 15–19
