Giants Baseball & Softball Camps Coach/Counselor (Mill Valley - North Bay)

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
• Execute San Francisco Giants Baseball Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from
• Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Giants Baseball Camps stellar reputation

Qualifications

• Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3-5 week commitment
• Giants Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Interview Process

• Complete a 15 minute virtual interview with our recruiter
• Final decision!

Compensation

• Professional Educator: $25.00/hour (must have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or provide proof of teaching certification)
• Coach: $21.00/hour (must have at least 2 years of professional coaching experience in baseball or softball or another sport)
• College Student/Recent Graduate: $19.50/hour
