Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor production levels and adjust schedules accordingly
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Oversee inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with food safety standards and certifications
- Knowledge of food service equipment operation

Pay
