About the role
Responsible for setting up and managing production processes in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train new employees on proper usage and maintenance of machinery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing setup and maintenance.
- Proficient in using various types of manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
- $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
