Mill Operator I

Pay range: $19 - $22 | Shift: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Type: Onsite

About the role

Looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We’re hiring a Mill Operator I to join our fast-paced sheet metal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn machining fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill press and milling equipment to machine parts per print
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints (training provided)
• Select proper tooling (drills, taps, countersinks) with guidance
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Entry-level experience welcome

Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements – U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status.
