Pay

Competitive pay range of $22.00 to $25.50 per hour, plus a $3.00/hr shift differential.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (3‑day work week).

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products around the yard, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks.
• Navigate the facility while maintaining safety standards and keeping the yard organized and tidy.
• Solve logistical challenges daily, contributing to high‑performance operations and team camaraderie.

Requirements

• Strong driving skills, especially maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces; experience with yard trucks or similar equipment is beneficial.
• Attention to detail for safety and accurate material transport.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with warehouse staff and address logistical challenges.
• Problem‑solving abilities to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong commitment to safety practices to protect yourself, your team, and the products.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, fostering a fun and engaging work environment.
• Physical requirements: prolonged periods of standing and walking; ability to safely climb and descend stairs and ladders; must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
