About the role

As a Night Shift Food Quality Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of products that feed families and support industries worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
  • Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.
  • Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required).

Requirements

  • A strong work history and proven reliability.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
  • Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth.

(Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
