Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE LaunchConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Guide clients through VA loan eligibility, lender coordination, and the military-specific buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Active Texas real estate license required
- Minimum of 12 successful real estate closings
- Genuine interest in serving military families — not just as a marketing angle, but as the core of your practice
- Comfortable with virtual tours, video calls, and working with buyers who may not be local
- Strong communication habits and the ability to manage transactions with minimal hand-holding
- Familiarity with VA loans is a plus — if you don't know them well yet, you must be willing to learn them thoroughly
- Able to generate your own leads and business within a defined niche
- A desire for independence with structure — not isolation, not micromanagement
