About the Role

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to develop a specialized business serving military families while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the importance of military moves and wants to build lasting relationships with active duty service members, veterans, and their families.

You will work with clients navigating permanent change of station moves, local relocations, home purchases, and property sales. Through practical experience and ongoing guidance, you will become familiar with military timelines, VA financing considerations, and the communication needed to keep clients informed throughout a move.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with active duty service members, veterans, and their families
• Assist clients with permanent change of station moves, local relocations, home purchases, and property sales
• Learn and apply knowledge of military timelines and VA financing considerations
• Engage in consistent follow-up and create new opportunities within the military community
• Connect with prospective clients and maintain a growing database
• Conduct buyer consultations, property searches, listing conversations, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management

$140,000 at plan commissions
