Military Reporting Analyst | $80/hr Remote

Position: Federal Staff Reporting AnalystType: ContractCompensation: $40 - $80/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, and refine authentic federal reporting artifacts such as Weekly Action Reports and Situation Reports.Develop high-quality written responses and summaries reflecting federal and military reporting standards.Evaluate and grade sample project submissions for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.Contribute input artifacts and golden reference responses for various federal and military report types.Support the creation of guidelines and evaluative rubrics for AI model training in federal report generation.Consult on task design and requirements to improve project outputs.Participate in feedback cycles to ensure deliverables meet evolving project standards. RequirementsHave strong relevant experience in federal reporting or staff writing functions.Demonstrated expertise producing templated reports such as WARs, MARs, and SITREPs.Background with one or more branches of the US military is valued.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and compliance.Experience using Microsoft Office suite for producing official reports and presentations.Ability to articulate reporting methodology and provide feedback for training purposes.
