Military Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, easy and personal service consistent with company standards in all client, non-client and associate interactions.
• Introduce, promote and recommend consumer banking products and services to clients and non-clients.
• Process banking transactions for clients, including cash transactions, cashing checks, assisting with deposits and withdrawals, issuing cashier's checks and money orders, opening checking and savings accounts, and assisting clients with obtaining other bank products, including credit cards and personal loans.
• Balance currency, coin and checks in client transactions and teller drawer as required.
• Adhere to all bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures, as well as financial loss standards.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Respond to real-time chat requests, providing product, service, and account-related support while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Serve as a first point of contact for clients through incoming chat channels, addressing questions, resolving issues, and routing requests as needed.
• Deliver consistent, friendly, and solutions-oriented service through live chat interactions, adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain client information in complete confidence.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
• Understand, communicate, and instill the Company's mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
• Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Work at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
• Perform other specified duties as assigned.

Pay

The Military Personal Banker I position pays a minimum of $18.00 per hour.
