We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes summary (About the role), Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Required Qualifications (Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe Skills?), Other Skills And Abilities (Skills), Competencies (maybe Skills), Physical Demands/Work Environment (maybe not needed). No explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. At end there is "Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer" - remove. We need to include location preference? The job title line includes "Preference for candidates in the following locations: Tampa, FLJacksonville, FL". That's metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we start with maybe

    About the role

then a paragraph summarizing the summary plus location preference. Then Responsibilities: list duties. Then Qualifications: required qualifications. Then Skills: maybe combine Preferred Qualifications, Other Skills And Abilities, Competencies into a Skills section? The instruction: Use headings for sections like Skills. We can have a Skills section that includes preferred qualifications, other skills, competencies. But we must not create thin sections; better to combine into one Skills section with lists. We must not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: location preference, summary text, duties list, required qualifications list, preferred qualifications, other skills and abilities, competencies, physical demands, work environment, note about contingencies, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail: we should keep the details as is, maybe using lists. We need to decide how to format lists: For duties, we can make
    • each duty sentence. For qualifications, each bullet. For preferred qualifications, other skills, competencies maybe also lists. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some sentences? Let's extract. Summary paragraph: "MFLC Counselors provide assessment, short-term, solution-focused counseling services and non-traditional walk around participant outreach to eligible individuals, marital or intimate partners, families, and groups. MFLC services shall be provided by licensed clinicians with specialized credentials, experience, and uniquely tailored skills to address the specific needs associated with adult military members, caregivers, and spouses. This position focuses on Adult and/or Embedded MFLCs: Adult MFLCs for an expected 12-month assignment term, with a possible 12-month extension." That's the summary. Location preference: "Preference for candidates in the following locations: Tampa, FLJacksonville, FL" (note missing comma between FL and Jacksonville). We'll keep as is. Physical Demands/Work Environment: - Physical Demands: Works in office areas. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Uses personal computer, telephones, copiers, printers and other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds. - Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those encountered while performing the essential functions of this job. Zeiders may make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. - Note: When working on military installations or related worksites, MFLC may be subject to site-specific requirements to work at designated locations. Specific assignments may require MFLC to have immunizations or vaccinations and current records of receiving them. - This is a contingent opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award. We should include these as part of maybe a "Working Conditions" section? But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's no "Working Conditions". Could we put physical demands under Skills? Not ideal. Perhaps we can create a "Requirements" section for required qualifications, and a "Skills" section for preferred qualifications, other skills, competencies, physical demands, work environment. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Skills. It didn't forbid adding other headings beyond the list, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine physical demands and work environment into Skills or maybe a "Working Conditions" section but that's not in the list; maybe better to put under Skills as part of "Other Skills and Abilities". However physical demands is not a skill. Could we put under Requirements? Not exactly. Perhaps we can create a section "Working Conditions" but it's not in the examples; risk of being considered extra heading. Safer to incorporate into Skills or maybe under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. We could create a section "Requirements" for required qualifications, and a section "Skills" for preferred qualifications, other skills, competencies, and also include physical demands and work environment as bullet points under Skills (though they'd be mislabeled). But maybe better to create a section "Details" but not in examples. Given the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (combining required and preferred?), Skills (combining other skills, competencies, physical demands). That's three sections. But we need to preserve all info; we can split Qualifications into required and preferred within same section using subheadings? But we cannot use headings other than h3? We could use

for subheadings as well, but that would create many sections. Better to keep Qualifications as required only, and Skills as preferred + other skills + competencies + physical demands + work environment. That seems acceptable. We must not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. Thus final HTML:
