Military Business Segment Leader
About the Role
Our client is a global aerospace leader whose Services & Support Operations division provides OEM-quality MRO, repair, and lifecycle support to military, airline, business jet, and airframe and engine customers worldwide. The Military Aftermarket Business Segment Leader owns the end-to-end strategy, growth, customer engagement, and P&L for our global military aftermarket portfolio. You will lead a team of about 60–70 people across U.S., CONUS/OCONUS, and international sites, with 6–12 direct reports. This is a high-visibility role reporting into division leadership, with a clear path for growth and succession into broader executive responsibility. We are looking for a change agent who will bring new ideas to government contracting, proposal strategy, and bottom-line performance, and build stronger partnership across the business.
